GR not allowed :BS02

greetings..

i have active user stautus profile .....

Sta 1 : GR not allowed (GR for prod order is forbidden,set)

Sta 1 :GR allowed (confirm order ,forbidden & set)

( GR for prod order ,allowed & no active )

Now with this setting i am not unable to do GR even after confirming the production order.

even if i change the staus to sta 2, in CO02, till it restrcted to do GR.

please suggest..

Dear,

In T.code BS02, choose the status profile assigned to the order type in t.code OPJH.

If forbid GR for order radio button is marked, then change it.

. In the User status table check the following the following:

a. In the status no field type"1" , status field "Sta1", short text"GR not allowed", lowest no "1", Highest No "2". Mark a tick in the initial stats check box.

b.Next line, type status no field "2" ,status field "sta2", short text"Gr allowed", lowest no "2" , highest no "2".

Select the STA1 line and choose details. select the "create"button.select the "GR for prod order", mark "forbidden radio button" and "set radio button".

Select the STA2 line and choose details. Selct the "create"button. select "confirm order", mark "permitted radio button" and "set radio button". Next choose "GR for prod order" , mark "permitted radio button". and check with prod order confirmation.

Dear Sir....Thanks for your reply....

i had done exactly as u said.

but till i am geting eror mesage as"Current order status 1000618 does not allow goods receipt" at the time of GR.unable to do the GR

please take out me for this problem

What is the complete status of the order?

In your STA1, you have selected GR for Order Forbidden.

Now in the STA2 select, the GR for Production Order Allowed .

Remove the Confirm Order

Please try with new order.

The complte status of order is "REL CNF PRC CSER BASC BCRQ MANC SETC".

Now after final confirmation sta1 change to sta2

setting for sta1 & sta2 is similar .....as u said

Dear,

This error is due to little customization problem.

Step 1)T- code: BS02 Status profile XXXXX

Step 2) keep same.

Now look at your step no.3 and Step no.4 & do the change as mentioned bellow

Step 3) select the SAT1 line and choose details. select the "create" button & select "GR for production order", mark"Forbidden" ratio button and "Not active" button.

Step 4)select the "SAT2" line and choose details. select the "create" button & select "confirm order", mark"allow" ratio button and "set" ratio button. Next "GR for production Order", mark "Allowed" ratio button and "set" ratio button.

Step5) Save

Step6) Now assign your Status profile"XXXXX" in th production order type (OPJH) -

Status profile header:-XXXXX

This will not allow you to do GR for production order when you activate status profile "SAT1" in the production order. After that when you confirm order it will automatically assign next user status i.e. "SAT2" (if not assign it manually in CO02) it will allow you to do GR for that production order.
