Hi

F.19 gives the report of GR/IR pending balances. Usually this transactions run by user at the end of month to know about GR/IR pending balances.

It analyse the report of changes any prices difference, quantity differences and how much cleared.

F.13 is also month ending procedure for clearing the balances of GL,GR/IR, Customer and Vendor Balances.

If it is not getting cleared through F.13 because of any reason you may need to go for F-03 for manual clearing of entries.

Regards

Lakshmi

F.13 clears open items from customer, vendor and G/L accounts (in particular, GR/IR clearing accounts) automatically, basing on certain standard system criteria and the additional criteria that you can configure in OB74. Please read the program documentation by clicking on the blue information icon on the initial screen of F.13 transaction, to gain a very good understanding of what F.13 does.

F.19 analyzes goods receipt/invoice receipt (GR/IR) clearing accounts at a specified key date, and generates adjustment postings if necessary. These are needed in order to display the following business transactions correctly in the balance sheet:

- Goods delivered, but not invoiced

- Goods invoiced, but not delivered

For adjustment postings, you need an account to be able to transfer the GR/IR clearing accounts. This account is displayed together with the GR/IR clearing account in a balance sheet item. You need two additional accounts to display the transactions "delivered, but not invoiced" and "invoiced, but not delivered" in the balance sheet.

Again, the program documentation (the blue information button) for F.19 is self-explanatory and has very good examples too that explain what exactly the program does.
