While generating GR follwoing error displays

MATERIAL MOVEMENT.GR NOT POSSIBLE

Please suggest sloution asap

Check your PO has released or not.

Check PO released or not....

Material marked for deletion or not....

Or m.type 101 is configured properly or not.

Hello Manoj

Following are the checks to be made in such cases -

1 - Check PO items are not BLOCKED / Marked for deletion.

2 - GR is not done for complete PO quantity and you still have open quantity.

3 - Check PO is released if it is subject to release strategy.

4 - Check if the confirmation control key is maintained in ITEM DETAILS --> CONFIRMATION screen. If yes you can either remove the confirmation and do the GR OR you have to do the inbound delivery (VL31N) and then do the GR.

When do you get this error and which transaction you are using ?

Do you get the error while saving ?

Do you get the error once you entered the PO and try to look for PO-items relevant for GR ?

Which movement type are you trying ?

What is exact error message ?
