Get production operator user who confirmed the operation. Important traceablity for Medical Device

Dear all,

I could not find a way to get the user, who confirm the specific production operations.

We are in Medical Device industry and this is a must to have the ability to track down the confirming user who executed the production operation. This should be traceable to all serial numbered products in a historical way.

I can find all relevant data, eg. when, at which workstation was the production operation done, except for the most important, who did the operation.

We are on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition,  release 2402

Can anyone help on this?

Hi @Attila_Jakosa,

Did you check app "Monitor Production / Planned Orders"? On the selection screen you see on top that "List:" is per default "Order Headers". You can select "Confirmations" from the drop-down. In the list view you will find the user ID in column "Entered by User".
For mapping a user name against user ID you could find this ID in the "User Actions Menu" (the circle with your initials) => "Settings" => "User Account" or in app "Maintain Business Users". 

A similar app is available for process orders: "Monitor Process / Planned Orders" in case you use process and not production orders.
