Hi Ramesh,

Please activate in one TEST system within transaction SFW5 the ENTERPRISE_EXTENSIONS named EA-PS (Public Services).

Then Funds Management menu will be activated.

Check in SPRO -> Public Sector Management -> Funds Management Government -> Prepare Funds Management Installation

This document provides links to all required customizing from PSM-FM component and also related component like for example FI.
