Hello Everyone,
I would appreciate if anyone can share the Functional Specification which is related to SAP PP.
Functional specification templates vary by company.
Ask your colleagues where exactly they store these templates - Solution Manager, SharePoint, Jira, etc.
You can probably ask them for some examples with filled in templates (in some companies it can be challenging to understand the idea for completing specific sections).
There are some templates for functional specifications in the Roadmap Viewer (you need a valid S-user ID to access most of the content): https://roadmapviewer-supportportal.dispatcher.hana.ondemand.com/
The FS package is available to the general audience: https://support.sap.com/content/dam/SAAP/SAP_Activate/S4H_201.zip
Of course, these templates are blank, you have to fill the content by yourself, they are mainly useful if your company is currently deciding on how to structure their own templates.
Edit: please do not use answer instead of comment! When you do this, the participants in the discussion do not receive notifications. And it increases the workload for the moderators who have to convert such posts to the correct response type.
