Functional Location

Hi Experts,

I have set deletion indicator to some functional locations and created a default layout to hide them from IL05 list. Now my question is, If I want to hide it from notification and order creating screen(IW21,22,31,32), Is there any default setting for that?

That depends on which search-help you normally use for selecting functional locations??

If you use the standard Location List option, then set a U_XXXXX variant which excludes status DLFL.

If you want it for all users, then you wil need to set up a global variant then create it as SAP_TCODE_IH06.
