Forms - Data not coming for fields added by extending data source for Order Confirmation template

I extended the data source to be used in content FORM template. The newly added fields are visible in the data source but the data for those fields is not showing.

Please save the Document and check if the status of output line is 'Completed' and then check the values in the fields.
