In the Form Template Maintenance work center view, a search is performed for a specific form template group, but no results are found.
Request clarification before answering.
The form templates are not displayed in the system because only non-localized and/or pre-localized country/regions are scoped.
To resolve this, create a variant from existing form templates of a fully localized country/region by following these steps:
In Business Configuration, scope a fully localized country/region (e.g., US, Germany, etc.). This will enable the form templates for these country/regions.
Navigate to the Form Template Maintenance work center view and select the form template for the newly scoped country/region.
Click the Copy button and select As New Variant.
In the prompt that appears, set the Country/Region and Language for the new variant.
Click OK to complete the creation.
Once this is done, you can remove the localized country/region from the scope and continue using only the form variants created.
