Hi,

I input the consumption values and executed forecasting in mm02. When I try to display PIR after coppying total forecast into demand management I dont see any requirement, also there is no any Ind requirement/VSF in mD04 screen, please let me know what Im missing.

I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to do, but if you want to use forecasting to create a demand plan, you should run forecasting either in the framework of SOP or DM, not material forecast. Normally material forecast is used for consumption based planning scenarios.

Hi,

Thanks for your email. We maintain consumption values in material master record, execute forecast in material master record, copy the forecast into DM and display PIR. Check historical values in MP30, run MD04 and view MD04. The issue I have is after copying forecast into DM in MD70 and MRP run I dont see any planned orders in MD04. Any suggestions?
