Flexible Workflow with acocunt assignment category P - responsible person not found

Hello,

we have created a project where we have entered a responsible person in the WBS-element.
The responsible person is maintained in the customizing and the user name is entered.
Further more we have an hr-mini master and a conneted business partner.

We have configured the flexible workflow and the release should be the responsible person of the cost object for account assignment category "P"

Purchase requsition with account assignment category "P" has been created and the WBS element is also entered.
The workflow is found but doesn't find the responsible cost object owner.
Any advices what could be possible wrong?

Hello, 

check the numbers you assigned in OPS6. This number in OPS6 must be the same as the personel number from HR mini master. You can check the personel number from table I_PROCMTEMPLOYEEUSERDETAILS and entering User ID.

That should fix the problem.
