Fiori Launchpad unable to load thumbnails

Hello All,

We have configured the enterprise search configuration in the S/4Hana System and after the setup we are trying to search for the documents in the fiori launchpad.

We are getting the results in the launchpad but unable to view the thumbnails for the documents with attachments in the search results.

Can you please tell me if any one knows a fix for this ?

I have checked in the console mode and it is showing the below error

I believe those call are for the pdf. check what network says for those call. maybe service is not activated.
