Hi,

Go to SE16 and inset table MARC. Go to selection and insert "Mrp Area Exists" field (MARC-DIBER) not equal to "X" and execute. You will get the list of materials without MRP area.

If you want the same in report format, you may create a querry in SQVI transaction or ABAP report.

Sir, Check my screen shot

My FNCWN080 material is already maintained in MRP views.

But in MARC, this field is still blank.

Why?

You can check MARC table

Then execute.

You will find the all material which is maintained for MRP view.

Hi,

His question was MRP AREA, not MRP view.  The MRP AREA is maintained in MRP1 view of material master.

   Please see the screenshot below:

If you check the material in MARC, you will find the material with MARC-DIBER = X

Hope you understood the concept.

Refer the link for details about MRP AREA: MRP Area (SAP Library - Material Requirements Planning (PP-MRP))

Hi Stanley,

You can add the field MARC- from the selection as shown below: Go to SE16 and insert the table MARC. press enter. Now, proceed as shown below: Menu - Settings - field for selection:

A new pop up will appear: click on find button and enter the field: DIBER

Select the field and execute:

Now, in selection, you will see the field: DIBER

If you want materials without MRP Area, Double click on the field and select "Not Equal to". If you want materials with MRP area, select equal to.

Insert value as "X" and execute:

AKPT

Hi,

I think the table is MSTA where you will find all views of material master.

I hope which material is extend to MRP view it should be a MRP type.

You can filter the MRP type from table MARC.

Or

You can view MM50.

Maintenance status = D

Put the material and plant

If you see any data , that means you have to maintain the MRP area.

If you not find any data, then MRP area is maintained for this material.

Hi,

To check whether MRP view has been extended, you can check in MARA table. Put *D* in maintenance status and execute, you can see all materials having MRP view.

Sudeep.

Sudeep, Your concept is right.

But I hope the table will be MARC not MARA.

You can check.

Hi,

Its available in both MARA and MARC. The logic is, if MRP view is available in at least one plant for the material, it will get updated in MARA. If the view exists for particular plant, it will update in MARC for that specific plant. Yes, I know MRP is at plant level..

Sudeep.
