Field Pur Doc and WBS status in Down Payament F-48 transaction

Dear Fellows,

When I am trying to cteate down payment (F-48), I am not able to see the fields Purchasing Document and WBS(suppressed some whereA). I have checked OBC4 for FSG for the alternate GL account and OB41 for Pkey both the places fields are optional. Please advise me.

Thanks for your reply. I have checked field status of FSG of the GL account and Posting Key both are optional only. Still the filed is suppressed in the transaction. I am not able to locate it.

Hi,

In F-48 have you checked the second screen? WBS element field and the purchase document fields appear in the second screen of F-48. If you have made these fields optional in FSG and posting key, this will appear.
