Hello,

We have an Add On that runs from a Console application. It randomly disconnects from Business One and shuts down with the following error message:

Failed to connect or logon to SLD, please check connection parameters and configure file

We have checked the configuration files and everything looks ok.

Can anyone help us to understand the cause of this error or a way to handle it to prevent our addon from shutting down?

If licence manager uses IP address, try to use IP in addon, if licence manager uses domain name, try to use domain name in addon too. We had the same problem and this one change have resolved problem.
