F110 not sending emails automatically

Hi SAP experts,

Would anyone know why after running F110 with a specific variant that contains an email address to send and the option MAIL PAYMENT ADVICE properly flaggend, even though with the successful run the notifications are not sent to the email described?

Any help is welcome

Has it worked before?

Have you checked the SMTP server (outside SAP)?

There's also a SCOT transaction that the Basis team should manage; there are also SAPConnect jobs.

Hi Tammy, thanks for the input.

The issue lied in the SD module settings which did not allow specific accounts to receive the notification automatically.
