for (incoming) give example what are the situation its used?

outgoing ( we pay the tax) -

the same way what purpose we are using the Incoming give any example, for enduser traing purpose, ( this is first time experience)

Incoming payment Example : Credit memo for a check deposited at the bank

Outgoing payment Example : Debit memo for an issued check

Post with clearing Example : Clearing the GR/IR clearing account

Hi

The transaction is basically used to clear the open items of a document while posting itself. Other wise there is a series of steps to be performed for clearing.
