Hi Experts,
We're setting up Situation Handling - Extended scenarios to enable some custom notifications with emailing options. Requirement here is to send email to the external users who are not SAP users. Those users need not to click on any action button but we'd like to inform them about the situation. When we are adding the team members, I don't see any options to add any external non-sap users/emails. Can we achieve that in SAP S/4HANA Cloud ? Please let me know if you have any other suggestions.

Hi Gairik,
In Responsibility Management, a team member is a business partner associated with an SAP user. Currently, it’s not possible to add external non-SAP users to teams.
That being said, business users can enable email notifications for situations in the Settings on the SAP Fiori Launchpad.
