export data missings...

hi sap gurus,

When i want 2 release a billing document 2 accounting...that is accounting doc can not be created...export data missing....

plzz can any one one tell where how 2 solve this problem its urgent...

Hi santosh

Go to VF02 ,go to item data -> foreign trade data tab and click on incompletion log , you will get the list of the feilds what all you need to fill in that foreign trade data tab .

In the same way go to header data -> foreign trade data tab and click on incompletion log , you will get the list of the feilds what all you need to fill in that foreign trade data tab .

Once you complete at item and header level save the billing document

Hello,

please goto transaction VF02 and collect the export data.

This data are on the header and on the item.

If the missing data are filled the invoices should be released to accounting.
