Explode bill of material multilevel explosion view setting not able to save

In Explode bill of material, multilevel explosion view setting not able to save for some users. If i go to the view settings and select all columns then data is showing but not able save the settings. 

Is there any settings or parameter need to maintain ?

For the "Explode BOM: Multilevel BOM" CS12, you can input "Material" “Plant” “BOM Application” and run.

Then the program will display the result.

Then they can click "Saved as" button to save a default layout.

When you use this program, you can choose the layout you saved before.

I was trying in the browser Explode bill of material. Even i kept the filter material and plant data is not showing. After that i go to the setting and selected all the columns, then the data populated. But when am trying to save the layout not able to saving.
