ESS Viewing Absence Quota only

Hello All,

we are working to implement ESS and need to allow employees to see their Absence Quota only as start.

so, what is the functions should i tell ABAB person about ?

and can any one provide me with standard document for ESS Configuration?

Hi,

Are you referring to the Time Accounts configuration for ESS? This is the section that will show an employee their quota entitlements types, deduction dates, amounts and usage. Time accounts is under the Personnel Administration > Service Specific Settings > Working Time > Time Accounts section. Normally, this is included with either the ESS Time Recording or Leave Requests application. Here's an example of it for Leave Requests

There is a Time Accounts iView and Page in the portal content administration area if you want to only use it separately from the time sheet or leave requests. Your portal admin should be able to easily find it under the ESS tree.
