ESS incident: User XXXX doesnot exist in this period

Hi Experts,

     Hope you are doing great!

   When the employee is logging into the ESS and checking his Personal Information --> Personal profile an error occurs.

User XXXX does not exist in this period.

Error Details:

Technical Exception: Technical exception not available

Error description: User XXXX doesnot exist in this period

Additional Information

Let me know the solution to solve this.

check his 105 infotype 0001(sys-user name )  subtype it shud be in active period i.e .,start date shud be his joining date or wat ever the client suggest you and  end date shud be 31.12.9999 ......
