Hi SAP Gurus,
I have been searching on SDN for help with my issue with no luck as yet, so i hope somebody can help me?
Problem: When clicking 'Appraisal Documents' link the iview 'Appraisal Documents-Predefined Process' opens but the 'My Appraisal Documents' tab is empty and reads 'The table does not contain any data'.
User has assigned appraisal documents in various statuses e.g. in planning, in process and completed. which i can see in tcode phap_admin. But still nothig seems to be showing in the aforementioned iview.
Landscape is ECC6.0 EHP5.
I'm guessing that there is something that has been missed in the appraisal process but since I'm new to TM i dont know what it is. The templates/processes seem to be configured correctly.
Thanks for your help.

Request clarification before answering.
Hello Ejaz,
The message u201CThe table does not contain any datau201D is displayed when you do not have any predefined appraisal created. So please be sure that the manager did create the appraisal document for this employee in the predefined process. In PHAP_ADMIN/PHAP_SEARCH perform a search using the predefined template number, you might not find any document.
I hope this can clarify.

Dear Jonatas,
What about he old Appraisal system, if we want to use PEP_MY_APP?
Actually, we are not using new appraisal system. But when we use PHAP_ADMIN/PHAP_SEARCH we can't find any appraisal because we are using old system.
Could you please tell me how can we retrieve old Appraisals while using 'PEP_MY_APP' t-code on My Appraisal iView.
Thanks
Ghazanfar
Hello Ghazanfar,
Yes, you are right. As you are on ECC6.0 EHP5 (as per your previous info), you will not be able to see the old documents in the new iviews because they were designed for the new appraisal documents.
I have never heard about tcode PEP_MY_APP, in a cross search I could not find any hits. Are you sure you have written it correctly? If so, unfortunately I will not be able to help further with this tcode, sorry.
Best regards,
Jonatas
