Error: Wrong Period in the administration record

Hi people,

We are doing the implementation in a new Client with new companies.

The MM period and FI period are ok. (Feb and Mar openned)

But when the people execute the transaction MB1C, the system are showing the error:

Internal error in FORM/FUNCTION PERIODENART_BESTIMMEN in position 1 with RC

Have you already seen this problem.

Hi,

Check SAP Note Note 420268 - Error C+099 after changing the fiscal year variant if relevant to you.

We already found out the error.

This error occurs because in the Table: MARV: Field: Fiscal Year Last Per.Prev.Yr is "2009" instead of "2010".

Considering out period is openned 02/2011 and 03/2011.

Dou you Know how we can fix 2009 to 2010?

First check in MM03 for that material, what period is showing in Accounting1 view. Next go to MMPV and initiate the current period for that company code. If you are new to this transaction, please be careful and go through the steps explained in the forum as it is a sensitive tcode.
