Hi,

I'm trying to assign value to property AllocationNumberIL in Journal entry object using DI and get an exception:

"attempted to read or write protected memory. this is often an indication that other memory is corrupt."

I have tried to do so in add-ons based on SAPBusinessOneSDK or SAPbobsCOM and got the same exception in both cases.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall DI API and SDK.

Sap version: SAP Business One 10.0 (10.00.240) SP 2402 (64-bit)

Any help will be appreciated,

Kind regards,

Odele

Dear odele,

We are unable to reproduce your issue and can update AllocationNumberIL successfully.

Can you confirm which DLL reference are you using? SAPBusinessOneSDK or SAPbobsCOM?

This issue may occur if you are using SAPBusinessOneSDK from an older patch.

Please help to check the issue using SAPbobsCOM DLL.

Kind regards,

Hello @ANKIT_CHAUHAN ,

I have tried using SAPbobsCom and SDK in separate add-ons and encountered the same problem.
In both cases I added a new reference to the DLL - I have an installation of SAP 10 SP 2402, before using this version I didn't have the property AllocationNumberIL.

Kind regards,

Odele
