Hello,

I have a client that is on SAP Business one 9.1 PL12 that anytime they login to SAP Business one it brings this error message failed to register the company in the landscape table. Some scenarios may be disabled. And also anytime they try to add or update a Document in SAP it brings an error message Could not connect to the database server; check the connection (ODBC -1101) [Message 131- 183].

Find Attach error message.

Hope to get a response.

Dear Adewale,

As for the "Failed to register the company in the landscape table. Some scenarios may be disabled" error, it indicates potential issues with the SBO-COMMON database. Check if there are any consistency issues in the SBO-COMMON database using DBCC CHECK as per SAP Note 1466453 - Inconsistent MSSQL DB due to a physical or logical error. Also, make sure that you check the hardware for failure and check all other databases for inconsistencies. If you find any errors, you will need to recreate the affected database.

As for the "Could not connect to the database server; check the connection (ODBC -1101) [Message 131- 183]" error, verify if the issue is reproducible with SBO_SP_PostTransactionNotice and SBO_SP_TransactionNotificationcustom code removed. You may also temporarily set up log files (after issue is resolved, ensure that you deactivate this setting!) to check for more information:

Help → Support Desk → Logger Settings → BusinessInformation Level: Errors, Warnings and Information → System Information Level: Errors, Warnings and Information

Thanks for your response. We uninstall the SBO-COMMON and then reinstall it again and we login to SAP and it didn't bring up that error. Appreciate.
