I am using

Version of SAP B1 : 8.81 PL 10

Version iPad application SAP B1 : 1.50

I followed every step in guide to configure both SAP and iPad but I get the same error after I have logged in successfully and the menu on left loads.

"Processing Failed - Internal server error;contact your system administrator"

I followed a Troubleshooting Guide but the problem is not resolved yet.

I have tried this with two different databases with same result.

Please Help.

Hi Amol,

  I too have experienced the same challenges with the application. One thing I might add, is that we were able to get some users in the system working properly. There is no rhyme or reason to the one or two that work (most don't), but with that in mind, you might try checking to see if other users work. We initially thought it was limited to not working on users that had been created in prior versions of SBO (2005 or 2007), but we created users as recently as this week and they don't work either. We've gone through all the troubleshooting guides, etc as well but with no success.

Wish I had some better answers for you, but it's been a real challenge getting this to work. If I can figure anything out, I'll let you know.
