Error in editing App Manage Global Hierarchies in Fiori could not see Language button

Error in editing App Manage Global Hierarchies in Fiori could not see "Language" button  option this usually be beside the "Search" Observed  this while I am trying to maintain French language as Description for Hierarchy type "Consolidation Financial Statement Item".

Can anyone let me know where to check this? or this is a standard.

The Fiori launchpad can be configured to support multiple languages, and users can switch languages dynamically through the user profile menu . "Manage Global Hierarchies" Fiori app will reflect the language settings of the user generating the report.

The system administrator can configure the default language settings for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.These settings determine the fallback language in case a particular translation is not available.

The Fiori launchpad and its associated apps, including "Manage Global Hierarchies," support multiple languages. Users can set their preferred language in their user profile settings. 

You can enter hierarchy names and descriptions in multiple languages. When creating or editing a hierarchy, users can switch between different languages to provide translations for the hierarchy names and descriptions. You can Import Flexible Hierarchy into Global Hierarchy. this will allow you to be able to re-use the already created alternative hierarchies as standard hierarchy. It is possible to translate your FsV or other global hierarchy nodes to others languages.
