Error in Component Loading the File

I tried to import license but error message "Error in component loading the file" appear. Can anyone help me on this?

hi Sandra,

please make sure that your License file is correct and also take note of your SBO version and PL. this maybe the cause.

i.e

your SBO is 8.81 PL: 04, then your should use a license file that is for 8.81 version and not the older version of License file.
