error extracting dll from cab

Hi Experts,

I am using SBO 8.8 P13 on a client. I get this error msg everytime my program will connect to the company database. I tried deleting SM_OBS_DLL folder hoping this would help but I still get the same error. Also, I tried disabling my antivirus software. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

Try out with these options:

1. Either space on your windows drive not enough.

2. Try to replace correct file (SM_OBS_DLL where it is running perfectly) from %temp%.

3. Reinstall diapi.

I've freed some sapce on my disk and it worked. thank u for the quick response.
