After logging into the SAP ECTR 5.1 PL3, Right mouse click on EDIPublicRootFolder & select create New document, a window pops-up to asking for details to select the Dtype Group, Dtype , ID & description,
I did select the DType Group = SOLIDWORKS, Dtype as Solidworks Part, ID as External number defined, & description as SLW test & clicked OK...
