error after submiting Email Support

Hello.

Clients want to send as e-mails with problems. So they use contact us option. when they click "submit" we receive email and they receive error

NP tries to open main page but it can not be found. in Address field i see

http://default.aspx not full address of page

Hey Lukasz.

We had a similar problem to this and I had to update the website URL in the messaging service portion of the netpoint web installer. In my clients case it was empty and we had the same kind of error. Once I updated this text box to the URL of my netpoint site it worked fine.

i've done this. earlier i had http://localhost now i've changed it for proper address. still doesn't work.

In IIS default homepage is not c:\inetpub\wwwroot\ but C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\NP

so i dont have to write localhost/np in adress (i just type localhost). maybe its connected with that

Lukasz, we also had a similar problem of page redirects not going to URL with domain in them, and have also overcome Messaging Service issues - perhaps I can help. Which page are you being directed from? Is it a custom-built static page or an out-of-box page from Web Tools? Also, which version are you using?
