EREC: Job Search and Candidate Search throws errors (table T77RCF_SPT)

Hi Experts,

I'm having issues with search on eRecruitment applications for Candidate & Job Search functions from Portal (ESS & Recruiter).

Below is the error log from SLG1:

I hope i've not miss out any configuration, but still i'm getting the error...!

We are on ECC EHP5 (BFs activated for eRec: HCM_ERC_CI_ 1 to, HCM_ERC_SES_1), EP eRec BP is on 1.51.

To-be more precise i've done all listed in Note: 1301016, but this talks only abt BF HCM_ERC_CI_ 3, but we are on HCM_ERC_CI_ 4 and I don't really have the implications of the difference in the versions.

The program COM_SE_SEARCH_IIF_TEST with ERC_CAND/NA works and shows all the results properly, we've issues only when doing a search from portal.

Hi,

could you check the IMG node "Define Search Profile Types" in the e-rec search customizing. If you scroll to the right there is a column "Business Object". Please check that this column is not empty.

The SAP note 1301016 is the best guideline you can currently use for EhP5 as there is no EhP5 specific note at the moment. So far I had no issues when following this note.

I'm actually done fixing those errors before itself .. they were due to some missing entries in few tables. Anyways I don't have issues with most of the functionalities in eRec now.. everything is smooth.. but today I found that the Job Search returns nothing...! I've done coulpe of cycles with eRec all app'ns works except the 'Job Search' returns nothing and the 'F4 functionality for Employee/Manager' search doesn't work.

If I enter the emp.id and press enter.. it gets me the employee details, bt wn I do a F4 and search with Last/First names even this too doesn't gives me anything in return..!

Let me know if there is anything else is missing in the config??

Hello,

If you are already on SP6 you do the F4 employee search also via SES and for that you need further fields assigned to the search profile INT_CAND. This is explained in note 1446115.

Hi Nicole,

I'm already in ERECRUIT 605 SP05, i've referred 1475761 as well.. but didn't feel its relevant in my case! Do you've a note to apply any such corrections for SP05?

Hello,

You can try to implement [SAP Note 1599702|https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/Windex] to fix the errors. If this does not fix then maybe you have to try and check your org management integration in IMG. Removing the integration checks which you are not using or which are referring to options not configured within your system will fix the issue.

I've checked this note before, i've not applied this b'coz we've not met the prerequisites.

Have you checked the search setting check report? This report mentions missing/wrong search customizing which could lead to that SLG1 error. A description can be found under:
