Entry sheet unique on ESSR

Hi Gurus,

I would like to know if the entry sheet number on ESSR table is unique. I mean if I have the entry sheet 1000006717 created on 2003, I won´t have the same number at any year.

This question is because I do not see the year field at this table.

I hope you can help me. Thanks.

Hi,

Service entry sheet not year specific & and also unique only.

better you just create new number range for every year.

you can have the unique number. you view the document with creation date. not with year.

Document number + creation date.

i think this will help.

Hi,

Entry sheet will be unique. Not year specific.

Hi,

you can assign to the object entry sheet (please search for the object, it is probably /SAPBOQ/01) in transaction SNRO a to-year flag: ID determining whether the number range intervals are distinguished according to To-fiscals. There is also the flag: No rolling of intervals which you could check.

Regards,
