Entering Statistical Key Figures

Hi Experts,

When trying to post in Actual SKF in 9KE5 I'm getting the error message below. I already checked in 9KEM/9KEL and there's no duplicate for profit center.

Overlapping values were maintained for characteristic Profit Center

Message no. K9050

Diagnosis

You maintained several characterisic values for characteristic Profit Center in layout maintenance or in the entry screen for planning.

Within these characteristic values

• individual values appear more than once

• individual values are included in an inteval

• intervals overlap

These duplications and overlaps are not forseen in planning.

System Response

The entries for characteristic Profit Center are rejected.

Procedure

Change the entries in the layout maintenance/entry screen for planning.

Hi,

You need to check whether any duplicate profit centers in Profit Center Group [t.code KCH3] or duplicate statistical key figures in Statistical Key Figure Group [t.code KBH3] are maintained which you are using in 9KE5.

Hi Varsha,

Thanks for your suggestion. Upon checking in KCH3 and performing Ambiguity check have found out that one profit center was maintained on two profit center groups. Problem resolved.
