Hi Experts,
Engineering record process route is not trigging after user click on Start Workflow. System shows message of "Refresh the application to update Process route data", bit work item is not sent to the users.
We checked SWEL and we saw that event (Start_Workflow) created for the class /PLMB/CL_PROCESS_ROUTING_WF_B0. But we don't see any workflow in SWIA.

How is the agents determined ? This is not a custom workflow right.
For standard record type configuration needs to be done for the business using" teams and responsibility." - Have a look at this if utilizing standard sap template, could be one of the reason.
I don't have the full picture here relating it with "Change record" process suggesting the functionality which nowadays SAP has provided centrally for "Scenario" functionalities .
