Hi Friend,

Mostly we prepare training material according to transaction. And there are few standard tempalates for those documentations.

Here training itself is a project or subproject mostly. For have a good overview of training material read this:

End-User Documentation

Let us develop the materials your users will need for working with SAP, whether it is a task-based User Guide, Online Help, or simple Quick Reference Cards. We can develop the tools to fill the gaps between configuration and implementation.

Training Courses

Whether preparing for go-live or training new hires, we have individual courses that prepare your staff for their roles in SAP. Our training is task-oriented; focused on equipping staff in each role to perform all of their system tasks.

As part of the implementation of new functionality resulting from upgrades and adding new modules.

As part of a broader process improvement/re-implementation of key functionality (see our consulting page).

Staff turnover.

You may have our skilled SAP courseware developers work with you to develop a customized class and supporting documentation that addresses your specific configuration.

You may choose to have our seasoned instructors deliver the training, or teach key staff members to train your employees.

Training Project Management

We are proud to have some of the finest SAP trainers in the country. Our training group has worked on multi-million dollar projects across North America. Let us take the headaches of training off your hands so that you can focus on configuration and testing.

Following are elements of a training project that we can deliver:

Planning the Project

We will meet with your key staff members and implementation team to determine your training needs and will work together to craft a project plan.

Interviews with department managers to identify roles/modules to be taught

Conduct a Skills Gap Analysis to determine what skills each employee will need to learn to perform his role

Review findings with management to determine optimal training approach and develop the Training Plan

Outside training needs (for entry-level skills such as Introduction to Windows)

Inside training needs

Training Plan

The Training Plan lays out the approach for the overall training project. This includes:

Matrix of employees to be trained/tasks to learn

Approach – Instructor-led, Self-paced, Web-based, etc.

Curriculum Plan

The Curriculum Plan identifies all of the courses that need to be developed. It includes:

Course descriptions

Course delivery media

Course structure/prototype

Courseware Development (Instructor Guides, Participant Guides)

Collateral materials – Slides, transparencies, quick reference cards

Training client instance (to support labs)

Train-the-trainer courses

Pilot courses (for new trainers)

Training delivery method

Training evaluation plan

Conducting the Project

Prototype development

Once approved, courseware development can begin

Courseware development and test

Instructor Guides

Participant Guides

Collateral material development and test

Develop the training client

Deliver “Train the Trainer” courses

Trainers conduct pilot class

Roll-out first phase of training

Wrapping-up the Project

Review Instructor and Participant evaluations and alter courses as needed

There are few companies specailised in end user trainings only.
