EIC Server is Busy - Deferring Access to Server

Wonder if anyone else has come accross this issue.

When our users log onto EIC, they sometimes get "Server is Busy, deffering access to Server" and then could take anything upto 10 15 mins to open the EIC session.

I wonder if anyone else has seen this, or if there is anything that could be done!

We are Ecc6 EHP3 (yeah I know, not the greatest EIC!)

Check Note 1062501 - How to eliminate "Server is busy. Deferring access to server.

Be carefull: This note is for CRM IC, but same issue.

You could create a new OSS message and refer to note 1062501.

Hi Gary

That is not normal EIC behavior and I would have your basis team run a trace.

There are also several performance things you can review that are contained in an EIC OSS Note.
