EH&S: Dangerous goods Check datas in delivery note print.

Dear All,

In DGM, Am not getting Dangerous goods Check datas in delivery note print.

Created DG Master

Created Sale order

Dangerous goods check performed

Created standard delivery with ref to order

Generated delivery note

In that delivery note am not getting DG Check datas, I have maintained Specification with material assignment. But still datas not coming in Delivery note.

Hope i’ll get solution at earliest. Thank you.

Hi Guna,

You have to define dangerous goods check schema with various DG check methods like header check, mixed load check etc and then it should be assign to sales and shipping documents...pls check whether DG cehck schema has been assinged to shipment docs in SPRO.

Hi Ram,

In Specify Dangerous goods check schemas, I have 1 & 2 Chkschema.

For 1, In assignmentCheck schema/Check methods I have

00001 GENERAL CHECKS

00002 PERMISSIBILITY OF MODE-OF-TRANSPORT CATEGORY

00003 POISONOUS BY INHALATION

00004 INITIALIZATION MODULE FOR HEADER CHECK METHODS

00005 MIXED LOADING CHECKS

00006 DANGEROUS GOODS PRODUCT RELEASE

I have given message class, response type and all ticks and the same assigened to

Assign DG Check Schemas for Sales Documents

Assign DG Check Schemas for Shipping Documents

But still datas not coming in delivery note.

Juss check whether your requiremenst can be met using the SAP enhancement DG600002

path

SPRO>Dangerous Goods Management>Dangerous Goods Checks and Dangerous Goods Documents/EDI->Dangerous Goods Checks>Customer Exits--->Determination of Expected Deliveries

Hi Guna,

you need to activate the enhancement first. you can also check whether the start mode option 10 in I_DG_CHK_START is activated. you can see this in enhancement DGDG600002;

I_DG_CHK_START

Start mode for dangerous goods checks. You can control outputs using the start mode; for example, in start mode 08 or 09 information can be output, in start mode 10 that runs in the background, information cannot be output.

08: Manual start by pushbutton

09: Automatic start before saving the sales document

10: Automatic start on initial data transfer (background)
