Effect of PU01.

Can anyone tell me what is the relevant effect on Infotype 0003 and Control record if we make any change in PU01 (Delete current payroll result)?

Hi Saroj,

     In continous to reply from John.... If you delete current payroll result then in infotype 0003 the "Accounted to" field also got changed.

Thanks ...but there is one more effect of PU01 is that if we change  PU01 it has its effect on Release for Payroll and Release for correction in Control Record . Can you give some information on this.

What are you trying to do.... .?

Nothing to do with Control Record and Deleting Record

It totally depend on the Payroll configuration .

System will behave the way you have Configured . Either it will bring the Retro Amount in the Current Payroll or it will just ignore the Previous Payroll result which you have deleted .

yes..i got your concept , so the relevant effect of PU01 is only on IT0003.

Like i said Earlier you should not Delete the Payroll result . SAP have Provided so many Alternative solution you dont need to Use PU01 ..

Hi Saroj .

Control Record T code PA03 is for all the employee

Payroll Status infotype 0003 is Individual Employee where all the Change payroll status Dates are made ..

You should delete the Payroll result in First Place . If it is the Last Option then u can Delete it .

however it depend on the Configuration of you payroll system , in some setting it will calculate the Retro pay and Included in the Current month Payroll run ..
