Hi Nainesh,

I believe you will upgrade to ECC6 - EHP6 and you did not mention about your AIX version. If it's AIX 6.1 - no need to upgrade the OS, otherwise you need to upgrade the OS, then you need to upgrade Oracle 10G to 11G. Please find screenshot form PAM.

So sequence of steps will be

1) Upgrade OS to AIX 6.1 - minimum ( if required)

2) Upgrade Oracle 11 G

3) Download all upgrade software from SAP marketplace

4) Generate an EHP stack using Solution Manager ( minimum SPS for SolMan 7.0 EHP1 is SP23 and 7.1 is SP04 )

5) Perform an Upgrade assesment ( specifically findout dependency for other connected SAP system like SAP BW, CRM etc)

6) Download all upgrade guide and relevant OSS note

7) Perform EHP upgrade using SUM 1.0 SP6 tool.
