E-recruiting External Posting serach not working

Hi,

External Job posting , meant fot external candidates are not coming up in search, when an external candidate searches for the Jobs.

Though internal Job Postiong search and all other search are working fine.

Only the external Job posting search is no yielding any results.

Hi Devyash,

Check the table enteries in T77RCF_EXT_PUB if the job posting you are looking for is valid - Indicated by "X" . If not try running the program rcf_periodical_services again and let me know.

Thank for the reply.

I checked the table and it does not ahve any values.

When I create an external postings, should it update this table?

I mean, the postings are to be published via say print medi or are for the agencies.

So should these external postings reside in the table mentioned by you?

If yes, that what is the process of updating this table?

Right now, i am stopping at creating postings and pubilication fromt he Recruiter's page and thats all.

Now should I use any other program to update the table mentioned by you?

Hi Devyash,

Yes, it should. I hope you would have scheduled the RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES job in the background. if not, please do. This periodical services job validates the job posting and makes it available for the Job search.

And can u check for the posting validity date of the requisition you are trying to find from an external candidate login I.D.

Thank you, the issue is resolved.

Posting channel "0002" is hardcoded in the program, hence it logs only the publications which have the job posting as 0002.

Do you have any idea about the Candidates photo in the E-rec scenario?
