e-Rec ALE Stat. 51 "Gender 'male' does not match form of address 'Seu00F1ora '

Hi,

I would like to transfer all employees from SAP ECC to our e-Recruiting system as internal candidates. The ALE with change pointers for organizational data works fine, but idocs with employee data (IT0000, 0001, 0002, 0006, 0105) do arrive on the e-Rec system, but with status 51 and error message "Gender 'male' does not match form of address 'Señora '".

¿Anybody got an idea how I could solve that problem?

Thank you!

Cheers

Hello Angelica,

the error points towards a missconfiguration in the business partner table for forms of address (Tablename TSAD3) which results in this error when the business partner for the employee id is created in e-recruiting. Please check if this table contains the requested forms of address and has assigned the correct gender to each of it.

You might also have a look at tables TSAD2, 4 and 5. If you transfer academic titles and titles of nobility. They have to be configured according to the values send by the hr system, too.

Best Regards

Looks like config on T522G in your sending system is not quite right (i.e. mapping form of address 'Senora' to gender '1' (male) instead of '2' (female) which allows IT0002 to have combination of form of address 'Senora' and gender 'Male' . Config of T522G in your receiving system probably is correct on the mapping in T522G and therefore rejects the idoc when trying to create IT0002.

If this is the case, you may want to re-config this in your sending system, fix existing IT0002 with invalid combination of form of address / gender, so the new idocs can be processed sucessfully .

Rgds.

Hi,

you have to make sure that your customizing in the systems is the same for the infotypes. Please check this.

In this case in the SAP ECC the combination of gender(male) <=> adress(Senora) is valid, and in your e-Recruiting system, this combination is not valid.
