Drill down report - product cost by order - Urgent !!!

Hi Gurus,

Client needs the Plan/Acutal variance report in CO-PC, for all the orders in a plant.

I am tring to run the summarized analysis with classic drill down report for product cost by order. But I am getting error message saying "No suitable summarization level exists. Hope I have to use the cumulative report.

I did the data collection drill down in KKRV as well before I run the report.

Can some one help me with this?

Check KKR0 for summ. hierarchy.

Run KKO0 for various reports.

Have you run KKRV for the relevant period for all plants?

My client never completed their reporting requirements, but we used OKTO to set some of the summarization levels.

OKQ3 selects characteristic

This may be more for variance reporting, but the error you recieved sounds like the one we solved with these transactions

You may want to chek throuh SPRO > Controling > Product Cost Controlling > information system.
