we faced the same issue before in the area of Asset Accounting and the issue got solved in the later Releases
As Per KBA 2888349 - Draft Purchase Requisition is locked for editing
In cloud environment, locking occurs in rare scenario and it will be released automatically after a short duration. There is no defined time limit for release of locks.
User can close the session or log off from the system and open a new session.
Also i would recommend deleting the cookies of Your Tenant https://myXXXXXX.s4hana.ondemand.com/
