Document attachment provision in SAP S4 HANA public cloud

Dear experts,

In SAP S4 HANA public cloud, there is option of 'Attachment' to attach the document while creating Purchase Requisition, Purchase order and invoice verification. My question is whether it included in DMS or it is Add on provision provided by SAP, if it is add on provision then what is the total storage limitation? How can I extend it if necessary.

SAP offers DMS as an add-on to S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. You can find the details on entitlements and extensions here. 

Please note, as an alternative to SAP DMS other document management services may be connected via CMIS. Please find respective information here.
