DOC STATUS FROM OPEN PRINTED TO OPEN

Hi all,

My problem is that when a document is printed, its status changes to open-printed.

When a user searchs for all open documents the procedure is the folowing :

Search mode + docstatus : open + search --> the result includes all the open documents without those wich are open and printed.

Is there a way to stop the system from changing the status when printed (the client doesn't need to have this info), if not how can we do the search just like mentioned and still get the wanted result.

Hi Safae,

As per my checks, it seems that the issue in Note I mentioned above is fixed in 10.0 FP2011, even though another issue with Sales Orders vs. Quotations is waiting to be resolved as per Note 3111944 (to be released). However, as for the issue you mentioned, yes, you will need to search for those two statuses separately as long as you want to do that in SAP Business One without a customized query or without using Excel.
