Dear All,
after creating a payment proposal with the App "Manage Automatic Payments" and when using for example payment method E (direct debit) we are able to create a SEPA Pre Notification letter. After the proposal and when creating the payment this letter disappears and we have no chance to display the Pre Notification again. Is that correct?
What is the solution if the customer is calling and wants us to send the SEPA Pre Not. again?

In Manage Automatic Payments APP, you can Create and delete direct debit pre-notifications.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
