Display Absence Quota - PT_QTA10

Hi All,

In PA30 I could see that all employees are having IT2006 for Annual leave.

But when I run the below report

PT_QTA10 - Report Selection -> Time Accounts -> Display Absence Quota Information

Only Employee No, Name, quota type is displayed, rest entilement, used, total remaining is showing as 0.00000000

How to get the details in PA30, IT2006 of an employee thru this report...........

I think it depends on the selection criteria which ur using in the report.

Hi All,

Let me tell in detail......

I have uploaded all the info in PRO server

I am using PT60- with TQTA schema and accrued leave for the month for all employees

I cann see the absence quotas in IT2006 for all the employees

But I couldn't see the values in the report = PT_QTA10

I have tried all the permutation and combination in the selection screen but still I could not see any values...

But when I run Adoc Query for absence quotas I could see the values as per IT2006........

what may be the possible cause, It is a standard report and shuld not encounter any probs,

Hi ,

Okay so you have generated the quotas with TQTA and can see in IT2006 also.

But in the report which is RPTQTA10 which is a display report you cannot see the entitlements. So in this screen can you please tell me which option are you selecting under the Display option.

Understanding that you are getting the required results in Ad-Hoc.

Hi,

What I selected

Period = upto today

selection - Nil

display = employees with selected entilement

Result

only zero is displayed against employee

What I selected

Period = upto today

Hi ,

Could you please select the period that is required and then under selection go with the PerNo and relevant data .Then give the Quota details and finally can select the option which says Only employees with selected Quotas or only EE'S with entitlement depending on the selection criteria that you gave.

Please check with these and update.

In the period....= 01012008 to 31122008

gave employee Number 1 to 100 (range)

gave quota type with time unit and period also

Gave

Only employees with selected Quotas or

only EE'S with entitlement

But still same problem

If I make any changes to IT2006 or IT2001 if i enter any leaves I could see the exact data in the report

Hai..

Make sure the dates are consistent for the period which ur checking the quota

Hi All,

I checked the selction screen it is OK.

But when I enter leave for one employee and then rerun the report I could find the values of the particular employee.....

Rest of the employees the values is zero.....................

when i do for rest of the employees i could find the values correctly.....

Hi ,

Could you please go to SE38 and there go with the report RPTQTA00 and do the quota transfer and then you can check in PT50 or in PA30 with the 2006.
