Dismantling the production order

Hi all,

Client is having the requirement that if suppose excess components are issued from warehouse to production or dismantling the production order the assigned batches for the components is picking the same.

But the requirement is while dismantling the production order the new batch number should have t assign , system should not pick the already assigned batches.

Is it possible in standard ?

You have stock under that batch. How you are doing dismantling of production orders?

Hi Brahmankar ,

Having the stock for components , in co27 issuing the components against the production order and auto batch determination at this level based on FIFO.

After the confirmation of production GR , reversing the GR , reversing the confirmation , reversing the goods issue at this point the same batch is allocating for 262 movement type.

For this the client is asking for new batch number pick . Is it possible ?

Hi,

     Reversing will give the same batch number only, if client want different batch number, let them create the rework production order for new batch  and let them assign new batch number if it is inhouse or Please reverse the GR batch material qty if purchase item again do and assign manual batch.

I am not sure CO13 will allow you to change the batch But MB1A you can do that for 262 movement

Go to SPRO > Logistics - General > Batch Management > Creation of New Batches > Define Batch Creation for Goods Movements > Here for movement type "262", under "New Batch" column. "D" (Manual without check)

Or you can do the Batch to batch stock transfer 311 through MB1B.

hello ,

By exact requirement is while reversing the 262 movement type or 562 movement type the system should pick the recent batch number or new batch number instead of old batch number.

Is there any way to do this ?

Go to SPRO > Logistics - General > Batch Management > Creation of New Batches > Define Batch Creation for Goods Movements > Here for movement type "262 and 562", under "New Batch" column. "D" (Manual without check)

Dear brahmankar,

Checked the above mentioned settings the system is picking the same batch number only.

I am reversing the 262 movement type in migo based on the material document number , so that the system will picking the same batch number.

Is there any other alternative way to reverse it ?

Hello,

There is no why to change batch in standard SAP when you reversing it with reference document.

After canceling the 262 movement do the material to material transfer 309 for same material with different batch.

The new batch number is creating for reversing the GI in mb1a against order.

In configuration maintained automatic/manual without check

This is correct and it will work but with refer to material document you can not change the batch.
